尝试告诉小孩，他可以做什么，而不是不可以做什么

2009年2月24日，我小学有很多老师去开会，于是我们便合班，以避免每一个老师连续从7。40上课至1。10而无休息。

这是我人生第一次教合班，每次只听我朋友说合班有多难教。我今天终于体会到了。我也因此而学会了一件事，感谢今年的一二年级的学生。

我对班级控制还很菜鸟，我的班很多时候都很吵。现在是合班，简直是巴刹。我进去分半小时教二年级，后他们做功课半小时。一年级前半小时做订正，后半小时教书。结果我的班还满吵，但我还可以顶啦。

有几个同学超级吵及捣蛋，我只是给口头警告及再拿藤鞭吓小孩，而且时时吩咐他们坐静静，不可以吵，嘴巴闭起来，拿书出来读，拿起他功课出来做，但还是会乱。最后倒是我重复得自己生自己的闷气，为什么自己那么没威严。

从那班踏出来，我已是满头大汗。想一想，我应该告诉他们可以做什么，因该去想想他们可以干什么，而不是一直的叫他们闭上嘴巴，坐静静。

建议下次给多一点的功课吧！或涂颜色， 或杀一儆百，真的狠狠打一鞭！

Am I dull? I got a sms from Mobmusics. She told me that I win contact lens. I asked her again. Are you sure is contact lens and not spectacles. After confirm is contact lens, I told her confirmly that I did not want it. I told her twice that I don’t want it because I am a really lazy girl. I did not use contact lens.
